SUGGESTED LIST PRICES

PRICES

The prices show are suggested retail prices. They are effective December 15, 2007 and are subject to change

without notice. Invoices reflect prices in effect at time of shipment. These prices are exclusive of all sales taxes

or any special taxes that may be levied by Federal, State or City governments. All prices are in U.S. Dollars.

ORDER ENTRY

All parts must be ordered by part number. Please refer to service Manuals, service bulletins and current price

lists for correct numbers. If part numbers are not available, please specify model, serial number, voltage,

miscellaneous markings, etc. to assist in identification. Additional information concering any part numbers not

show in this list may be obtained by consulting our Service Parts Department. Please utilize our fax number

(775) 689-5976 for all routine orders. This will expedite your order and eliminate shipping errors.

TERMS

1%, 10 days; Net 30 days. A 1.5% monthly service charge will be added to all past due accounts. All orders are

subject to acceptance by Bloomfield; in accordance with our “Terms of Sale”, regardless of any form in which a

purchase order is submitted.

MINIMUM ORDER $25 NET

A $4.50 handling charge will be applied to all orders under $25 Net. Notify factory (fax: 775-689-5976) of any

shortages of shipments within five (5) working days upon receipt of order.

QUALIFICATION FOR PREPAID FREIGHT

All purchases of $500 Net of Bloomfield service parts for shipment to one location at one time will have the

freight prepaid by Bloomfield to anywhere in the continental U.S., UPS Ground. This includes back orders.

SHIPPING

All orders are normally shipped prepaid via UPS and the cost added to the invoice. Freight orders are normally

shipped freight collect. Request for air shipments must be faxed or phoned in prior to 1:00 P.M. Pacific

Standard Time and should be limited to emergencies. All back orders will be charged freight.

DAMAGES AND SHORTAGES

A. Inspect your shipments immediately. The transportation company is responsible for merchandise while it is

in transit to you.

B. If there is a shortage or damage to your shipment, action must be take by you to notify carrier within 48

hours of receipt of shipment to assure approval of claim. It is the duty and responsibility of the delivering

carrier to give you a written report of such shortage of damage following notification.

C. For visible shortage or damage do not accept deliver unless the condition is noted on your copy of the

freight bill and signed by the driver. If damaged and unacceptable, please advise the carrier of the this

and also notify Bloomfield.

D. CONCEALED DAMAGE: If the damage is concealed, notify the carrier within 48 hours by phone and in writing,

asking them to send their agent to complete and inspections report. Retain all cartons and merchandise

for their inspection report and claim approval.

E. It is critical the you file a written claim with the carrier within 48 hours of receipt of shipment for any shortage

or concealed damage. Enclose within your claim:

1. Carrier’s Inspection Report

2. Paid Freight Bill

3. Original or Certified copy of Invoice

RETURNED GOODS POLICY

Goods cannot be returned without prior approval from Bloomfield Industries. Returned goods must be shipped

to Bloomfield Industries prepaid and will be credited at invoice less 20% restocking charge. Returned goods

must be in unused, unopened, in the original carton, and returned within 180 days maximum with a copy of the

original invoice. Items with dealer net price of less than $30 will not be accepted unless return is due to factory

error. A Return Authorization Number must be obtained from the Service Parts Department, and a numbered

form with the carton label will be mailed to the customer for each request.
